Duchesse Satin is a soft, heavy lustrous fabric. It is made using a satin weave, usually from a very fine silk yarn, but increasingly viscose warp threads are used. It is a high quality satin fabric because of its high thread count and the fact it holds its shape well. The printed foil duchess is ideal for skirts, pants, dresses and jackets.
